About Denise Sarchiapone​​​​​​​

Denise Sarchiapone holds dual citizenship from Brazil and the USA. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in Brazil in 2004. In 2005, she came to the United States as an au pair in order to learn and become fluent in English, as her dream was to work in the international legal field.

In 2007, she was awarded with a Graduate Assistantship from Towson University, which able her to pursue her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in International Business. Since her graduation in 2010, she has worked for both North-American and Brazilian companies, as an international student advisor for Laureate International Universities; and as an international business developer assisting Brazilian companies to expand their business to the United States, as well as the other way around: working with North-American companies interested in doing business in Brazil.

In 2013, she returned to Law School – this time in the United States – to complete her L.L.M in the Laws of the US (Masters of Laws) from the University of Baltimore School of Law, being successfully admitted to practice law in the United States as an active member of the District of Columbia Bar in 2016.

In 2017, she co-founded A3D International Business Consulting, an alliance of international immigration professionals from Canadá, United States and Portugal, which uses its global network to indicate the country that best matches with the client’s profile, goals, and dreams.

Denise believes that innovation is no longer an option for any professional or entrepreneur aiming for success. In order to thrive and continue in the the market, companies must to constantly seek for novel cost-effective processes, new business models and disruptive technologies.

In order to provide her long-term clients with the best advice, Denise is constantly learning. In 2018, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University, and was also invited to present at the Harvard Extension School Alumni Symposium at that same year she graduated. Moreover, she is member of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC). Besides English and Portuguese, she is also fluent in Spanish.

More recently, Denise founded Sarchiapone Legal, located at the heart of Washington D.C. Her education, business background, experience, strong work ethics and above all, her passion to assist individuals and firms to achieve their highest potential are the reason why she has been able to help students, professionals, entrepreneurs and visionaries to believe in themselves, to plan, execute and enjoy the fruits of success in the United States.
